All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, ride recaps, gear reviews, music reviews, and the FrequentLeigh name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Leigh Ramsdell and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our express prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing (such as sharing a link to a post on social media) is permitted and encouraged.
2.2 YouTube Content
FrequentLeigh publishes video content on YouTube at @FrequentLeigh. That content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Embedding or sharing YouTube videos using YouTube's built-in share tools is permitted. Downloading, re-uploading, or redistributing YouTube videos without permission is not permitted.
2.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit comments, messages, or other content to the Site or through our contact forms, you grant FrequentLeigh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our social media channels, unless you specifically request otherwise.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.

FrequentLeigh may publish sponsored content, brand partnerships, affiliate links, or paid collaborations. When content is sponsored or involves a material relationship with a brand, it will be clearly disclosed in accordance with applicable FTC guidelines.
Our opinions expressed in gear reviews, ride recaps, and other editorial content remain our own. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews. Sponsored content will always be identified as such.

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links, meaning FrequentLeigh may earn a commission if you click the link and make a purchase. This comes at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions or recommendations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
5.3 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. FrequentLeigh is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5.4 Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable once accessed.
5.5 Sales Tax
We collect sales tax where required by applicable law. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREQUENTLEIGH AND LEIGH RAMSDELL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
